Built and supported here - the way a Chicago business would actually use it.

Our goal is to give Chicago businesses a three-day weekend, so people can spend more time with their families and the people they love :)

We've worked with enough operators in Chicago to know that the brief that arrives in our inbox is rarely the brief that ends up shipped. The first thing we do on any AI quoting project is sit with your team for a day before we propose anything.

What AI quoting actually does

Customers send a photo, a brief, or a voicemail - AI drafts a structured quote in your pricing format. You review, tweak, send. Quotes go out the same day, not next week.

  • 01 Reads photos, voice notes, emails, and PDFs
  • 02 Uses your pricing rules and current material costs
  • 03 Drafts in your branded template, ready to send
  • 04 Tracks win/loss to make the next quote sharper

What you actually get

Every engagement is scoped and quoted up front. This is what is in the box.

Where Chicago operators actually lose hours.

  • Chicago runs on logistics, manufacturing, finance and a genuinely diverse industrial base - AI here means fitting into operations that were already running lean before AI existed.
  • A major freight and logistics hub, a deep manufacturing base, and a futures and options trading industry with zero patience for anything slow. Chicago businesses want AI that respects an operation that already runs tight.

We work with teams across Chicago: The Loop · River North · Wicker Park · Lincoln Park · Evanston · Naperville.

How we build AI quoting for a Chicago team.

We scope narrow, ship a working pilot, then harden it into production. The first slice is the highest-leverage workflow for your Chicago business, so value lands before the build is finished. AI-generated quotes.

The outcome for Chicago teams

Quote turnaround drops from days to under an hour. For Chicago teams, that almost always shows up as fewer interruptions and a calmer week, not a dashboard chart.

FAQ

What's a typical engagement length for Chicago businesses?

Six to twelve weeks for the build, then a short managed-services month while the system goes from "shipped" to "owned by your team". After that you keep us on retainer if you want, or take it from there yourself.

Do you do hourly billing or fixed price?

Fixed price for the pilot, every time. After that it's your call - fixed price per milestone or a small monthly retainer for ongoing iteration. We don't run open-ended T&M because it disincentivises us from finishing.

Has this actually shipped for a real Chicago?

Yes. Quote turnaround drops from days to under an hour. We'll share comparable engagements on the call.

Can you work with our existing systems?

Yes. The default AI quoting stack we reach for is Claude Vision, Whisper, Xero, Vercel, but we'll bend it around whatever you already run - Xero, HubSpot, Shopify, Cin7, your own in-house apps. The discovery week maps every data source before any build starts.
