Web design and build designed around the way an One-North team actually runs.

Our goal is to give One-North businesses a three-day weekend, so people can spend more time with their families and the people they love :)

The reason we take on work in One-North is that the businesses here tend to be sharper about what they want than the brief lets on. Web design and build for an One-North team almost always ends up looking different to web design and build for a downtown Auckland one.

What web design and build actually does

Sites built to convert the traffic you already pay for, fast on the phone your buyer is actually holding, and editable by your team afterwards. Structure is usually what costs you the conversions, so that is where the work starts.

  • 01 Conversion focused wireframes signed off before design
  • 02 Build on a stack you can host cheaply and edit safely
  • 03 Analytics and lead routing wired in from day one
  • 04 Performance budget enforced at launch and after

What you actually get

Every engagement is scoped and quoted up front. This is what is in the box.

The pattern across One-North engagements we've shipped.

  • One-North is Singapore's dedicated biotech, media and tech research precinct - AI here is judged by researchers and engineers, not procurement teams.
  • Biopolis, Fusionopolis and a dense cluster of biotech, media and deep-tech startups sit inside one of the most concentrated research precincts in Asia. Businesses here expect AI built with real technical rigor, since many of them build AI themselves.

We work with teams across One-North: Biopolis · Fusionopolis · Mediapolis · Ayer Rajah · Buona Vista.

How we build web design and build for an One-North team.

We scope narrow, ship a working pilot, then harden it into production. The first slice is the highest-leverage workflow for your One-North business, so value lands before the build is finished. Sites built to convert.

FAQ

What's the realistic timeline for web design and build with an One-North?

Most One-North businesses have their first usable slice in week 5 or 6. We'd rather ship narrow and real than broad and aspirational - your team gets to use the thing well before the engagement is "done".

Is web design and build worth it for a smaller One-North?

Often, yes - and counterintuitively the ROI is sometimes faster than for the big end of town because there's less integration overhead. We'll tell you honestly on the scoping call if it isn't.

Anyone else in this space using web design and build?

Plenty. The repository is yours, and hosting stays in your account. The interesting question is rarely "does it work" - it's "is your team ready to use the output." That's what we'd scope on the call.

What happens if we want to swap a vendor out later?

Web design and build is built behind a small adapter layer specifically so swapping a model provider or a data source is a one-day job, not a re-architecture. Astro, Cloudflare Pages, Figma, Claude, Plausible are our defaults, but the build is intentionally portable.

One reply, one direction.

We don't run sequences or follow-up automation. One useful answer, one decision on your side.
